Once the project got awarded we will be deputing a Project Manager with Planning Engineer to study our scope of works and we will be making a schedule of total works which has been given to us.
PRE – CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES
We will be submitting the following schedule in respect with our scope of works.
1. Manpower and Machineries schedule
2. Project payment schedule
3. Project timeline schedule
4. Staff deployment schedule
5. Material procurement schedule
WHILE EXECUTION :
We will monitoring our works as per schedule if there is delay we will preparing recovery plan to keep up our timeline
Quality will be taken care by our Quality team and we will be submitting all the required documentation as per requirement of client and will be executing the job rightly at first time.
We will be giving the highest priority for safety during our execution, by clean safe practicing methods as per the requirements.
